Strict Pull Ups – 15 Reps (Katy blue band)
Single Arm KB Power Clean – 10 Reps (5 RT, 5 LT) (Dan 53lb, Katy 20lb)
*For DB Walking Lunges, hold two KB’s suitcase style.
